Mooney Law is proud to announce attorney Mark Buterbaugh has been named a “Rising Star of Pennsylvania” and “Super Lawyer” for his outstanding work in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law. Only 5% of lawyers in Pennsylvania are designated “Super Lawyers” and even less, 2.5%, are named “Rising Stars.”

Attorney Buterbaugh specializes in cases involving Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and personal Bankruptcy. He joined Mooney Law in 2012 and became a part-owner and managing partner in 2017.
Attorney Buterbaugh’s Rising Star award and Super Lawyer recognition comes after years of helping injured and disabled clients throughout Central Pennsylvania get the compensation they deserve. He has recovered millions of dollars in benefits and settlements for his clients, including wage loss benefits, medical benefits, and lump sum settlements.
